All services provided by LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to our servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Sites/Content/Tools that are not allowed:

1. Child Porn/Porn Websites.
2. Promotes, encourages, engages or displays cruelty to humans or animals.
3. Promotes, encourages or engages in terrorism, violence or hatred against people, animals or property.
4. Transmits any unsolicited commercial or bulk email, or engages in any activity known or considered to be spamming or Mail Bombing.
5. Contains any kind of proxy server or other traffic relaying programs.
6. Contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files, or any other similar software.
7. Phishing Websites.
8. Port Scanning.
9. Gambling Website without License.
10. WarezWebsites(Sites which Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party information.)
11. Causes denial of service attacks, port scans or other endangering and invasive procedures.
12. Uploads unacceptable material which include: IRC bots, warez, image, file storage, mirror, or banner-ad services, topsites, streaming, Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites, investment sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, etc.), bitcoin miners, sale of any controlled substances without providing proof of appropriate permit(s) in advance, AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, muds / rpg's, hate sites, hacking focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts.

Server Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to any server or customer is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all actions done from your server. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without any refund. Upon Violation of ToS, we have the rights to access your files/server and investigate the same and/or fetch the server logs.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion. All sub-networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. must adhere to the above policies, with the exception of system resources in respect to dedicated servers.

Limitation of Liability

LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. ' servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. ' servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

Violations

Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to admin@leasebytes.com , All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Disclaimer

LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. are not directly owned or written by LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd.. Moreover, LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. sees fit.

Account Activation

By activating your account with LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd., you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines and disclaimer, and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained with your account information.

Server Uptime Guarantee

LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. guarantees 99% service uptime on all rdp plans. Should we fail to deliver this for any given calendar month, your account will be refunded a pro-rated amount for the duration of excessive downtime. LeaseBytes Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification.

Note 1 If you will violate our ToS, no refund will be made on any situation.

Note 3 If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail prior to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.
